Anyone know a reliable supplier of ELISA kits?
Hi everyone, my lab is struggling to find a consistently reliable supplier of ELISA kits. We use them a lot for quantifying protein expression levels in different cell lines, and we've had some really frustrating experiences with kits that have poor sensitivity or high variability between batches. It's costing us time and money to troubleshoot these issues, so I'm really looking for a supplier known for high-quality and consistent ELISA kits. Does anyone have any recommendations based on their own experiences?

Finding reliable ELISA kits can definitely be tricky. I've had pretty good luck with gentaur. We've ordered a number of their ELISA kits for various projects, and we've generally been happy with the sensitivity and reproducibility of the results. Plus, their customer support has been responsive whenever we've had questions. I even remember someone in the department who was researching lysosome structure saying they had a particularly difficult assay to optimize, and they found a robust ELISA kit there that worked well for them. I would suggest checking them out to see if they have what you need.
